Log into the https://portal.azure.com and go to the resource, once you at the resource, review the activity log and see if there are any health alerts – if so, try and restart your VM and if that does not help, redeploy the VM to a new host. Go to https://portal.office.com after signing in go you your profile icon top right, click on “My Account”, click on “Security and Privacy” then go to “Additional Verification”. Click on update phone number and app, click on the clickable next to additional verification settings ( Click on the App Password top left ), choose a name you want to save the app. Please Note! Make sure you the code and save it somewhere safe. You can not retrieve that password so make sure you can find it if needed.

Make sure you’ve set up a refresh schedule. Set up scheduled refresh or start a one-time “refresh now”. If that does not work see if the data source credentials changed.
